Shipping and Returns - Ensuring Your Satisfaction

At Chablend, we are dedicated to providing our valued customers with the best quality tea and a seamless online shopping experience. To ensure your satisfaction, we have crafted the following shipping and returns policy for our Australian customers.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship our tea products only across Australia.

Shipping Rates:
a. Standard Shipping: $7.99 flat rate for orders below $50, and free for orders above $50.
b. Express Shipping: $10.99 flat rate for all orders.

Shipping Time:
a. Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days, depending on your location within Australia.
b. Express Shipping: 1-3 business days, depending on your location within Australia. Please note that these timeframes are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or public holidays.

Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Change of Mind:
If you change your mind within 7 days of receiving your order, you may return the unopened, unused products for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@chablend.com to receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number and further instructions.
Faulty or Damaged Products: In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery at info@chablend.com.au with details of the issue and photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged, in which case Chablend will cover the return shipping expenses.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Please note that tea products that have been opened or used, or items returned without a valid RA number, are not eligible for a refund.
